Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the rate plan selected at the time of booking.

• Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
• Flexible bookings may be cancelled or modified within the allowed period stated in the confirmation email.

Cancellations made outside the allowed period or no-shows may incur charges equivalent to one night or the full stay.

Check-in time: From 2:00 PM onwards

Registered guests must present a valid ID upon check-in.

Early check-in requests must be arranged in advance and are subject to a 60% surcharge based on the published rate of your room category. Approval is subject to room availability and must be coordinated with the Front Desk or Reservations team prior to arrival.

Check-out time: 12:00 NN (noon) the following day

If you wish to retain your room beyond the check-out time, please inform the Front Desk or Reservations in advance. Extension is subject to availability. If approved, a grace period until 12:30 PM may be granted at no additional cost.

A maximum of two (2) children aged 7 and below are allowed per room free of charge, provided they share a bed with their parents. Children's meals will be charged separately.

If an extra mattress is requested, a fee of PHP 1,500 will apply, inclusive of breakfast.

Each room includes a standard occupancy limit, as specified in your booking.

Should the number of guests exceed this limit but remain within the maximum allowable occupancy, an additional charge of PHP 1,500 per head will apply. This fee includes breakfast and an extra bed.

Guests are not recommended to bring food and beverages purchased outside the hotel.

Guests are encouraged to order room service from our in-house restaurant.

All restaurant bills must be settled directly at the restaurant upon consumption. Charges cannot be transferred to the room account.

Firearms are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises. Guests must surrender any firearms to in-house security upon arrival. A property receipt will be issued and returned at check-out.

Do not bring flammable, toxic, explosive, or strong-smelling items into the rooms.

The use of certain electrical appliances, such as flat irons, is not allowed due to fire risk.

Gambling, illegal drugs, and other prohibited paraphernalia or activities are strictly forbidden. The hotel reserves the right to refuse or eject any guest found in violation of these policies.

Please ensure your room is locked when leaving or going to bed.

Each room is equipped with a Safety Deposit Box for valuables.

The hotel will not be held liable for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings.

Guests will be charged for any loss, damage, or breakage caused by them or their visitors. This includes theft or pilferage.

Visitors must notify the Front Desk upon arrival.

Guests may entertain visitors in their rooms until 10:00 PM only.

Any visitor staying beyond 10:00 PM will be considered an extra person and will be charged accordingly.

Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not allowed.

Only registered guests with valid ID may use hotel amenities and facilities.

Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Proper swimwear is required.

Diving, running, or rough play is not allowed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and throughout the hotel premises.

Guests are informed of this policy at booking and upon check-in.

A designated smoking area is available outside the building.

Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made for a pet-friendly room.

A pet fee of PHP 200 applies.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Loud music, disruptive behavior, or unapproved parties in guest rooms or common areas are not permitted, unless part of a booked and authorized event.
