Our stay at Trails Boutique Hotel was such a lovely experience. What I appreciated most wasn’t just the beautiful and comfortable surroundings, but the little things that made our stay feel genuinely relaxing.

There was a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived, and the staff was kind, accommodating, and attentive without being overwhelming. Everything felt thoughtfully put together, making it easy to simply slow down, enjoy the moment, and feel at home.

Some hotel stays are simply places to sleep, but this one became part of the trip itself, and that’s what made it memorable for us.

Thank you, Trails Boutique Hotel, for giving us a wonderful stay. We left rested, happy, and with beautiful memories to take home. We would definitely love to come back.

Our experience was really good! We had a wonderful time, and the peaceful surroundings made it a perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a little break from the usual routine. The area was very quiet, which made the stay even more comfortable and relaxing.

One small observation, though, was the catering equipment and infinity chairs placed along the stairs leading to the Deluxe Room. I hope the hotel can provide a better storage area for these items so they won’t affect the overall beauty and elegance of the property.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be visiting again. In fact, this is now our first option for my upcoming birthday celebration with my family and friends. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We genuinely enjoyed our stay at the Executive Suite during my partner’s birthday celebration. The peaceful atmosphere, accommodating staff, and overall ambiance made the experience memorable and relaxing. Your team was also very responsive through Facebook Messenger, which gave us reassurance even before our arrival.

Since this is for honest feedback, I’d also like to share a few observations that could help improve the guest experience further:

1. The welcome email and reminders could be consolidated into one concise email instead of multiple separate emails in one thread. It would feel more organized and easier for guests to follow.

2. It would also be helpful if the extension numbers for the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and other services were available inside the room instead of only being mentioned during check-in.

3. Investing more in pest control would greatly improve the overall comfort of the stay, as we noticed red ants and a few cockroaches inside the room.

4. The Google Maps pin/location could also be updated or corrected. We nearly got lost because the pin seemed slightly inaccurate and some roads are still not properly reflected on Google Maps.

These are all small improvements that could make the hotel feel even more polished and aligned with the quiet luxury image it already has. The property has a lot of potential and already offers a beautiful and relaxing environment, so improving consistency would make the overall guest experience even stronger.

Thank you again to the staff for being warm and accommodating throughout our stay. We'd love to come back!
